Notarial services, since 2021.
As a notary practice, we offer high-quality services, in accordance with the Liechtenstein Notary Act. Since the opening of notarial activity in the Principality in 2021, we have provided our services to domestic and foreign clients.
Authentic instruments
The Liechtenstein legislator requires public notarisation for the most important deeds of legal life: the formation of legal entities (company limited by shares), amendments to the articles of legal entities, and deeds relating to real property.
Certifications
Certification of signatures and hand-marks; certification of copies, transcripts and extracts; certification of translations; certification of dates.
Notarisations under foreign law
Liechtenstein notaries may notarise under foreign law so as to serve international clients in the best possible way: issuance of deeds under French law (as a lawyer admitted in Paris); taking of sworn statements (“affidavits”) and comparable forms of declaration; recording of sworn or unsworn witness examinations for use in court proceedings abroad (“pretrial depositions”).
Mobile notary
Where needed, we travel to your company’s offices or to any other desired location (within the territory of Liechtenstein) to draw up public deeds and certifications.
