Investment funds
A member of the European Economic Area, Liechtenstein offers a comprehensive framework for investment funds, UCITS (UCITSG) and alternative investment funds (AIFMG), under the supervision of the Financial Market Authority (FMA). Liechtenstein funds benefit from the European passport, allowing distribution throughout the EEA, with the added advantage of immediate proximity to the Swiss financial centre.
Maître Maximilien Marxer
A lawyer at the Paris Bar (since 2012), I practise in the Principality of Liechtenstein as a European lawyer (since 2014) and notary (since 2021). I ensure the link between these two countries, and more broadly with the entire French-speaking world, by offering general legal services.
I also have more than eight years of experience with trust companies in Liechtenstein. I work in particular in the structuring, protection and transmission of wealth and, in collaboration with Impact Trust AG, I also lead family structuring and philanthropic projects.
